Pochette will gladly accept returns for an exchange or refund (minus shipping fees) if they are returned within 30 days of your item's delivery date. Items need to be in their original condition-not washed, worn or damaged.
Please note that most items are handmade and no two items are alike. Many of the silkscreen prints have a distressed look and the print will naturally fade over time.
